Rocco needs to celebrate his 16th birthday in his new home in Berlin, far from his old home in Munich and the girlfriend he has left behind. Nothing seems to be happening or going right. His only solace is the radio given to him by his drug addict brother. However, he develops unknown skills as a host with the small and threatened pirate radio station ‘Radio Gaga‘. He outgrows himself as the ‘saviour‘ of his brother and in the end finds new love.
